Our School Council has been set up through a democratic process (helping to develop our understanding of the British Value of Democracy). The children nominated themselves and produced posters outlining what attributes and ideas they could bring to the School Council.  They then delivered their campaign speech to the rest of the school.  A polling station was set up in the school hall and everyone got to vote.
